Columnar Records:

Is it possible to enter three columnar records on one form and or report.
Presnet spreadsheet forms created in Word have three columnar records on on
page with titles fo each field in a column on the left side of the form.

Under File, select Page Setup. That has a column function, which should get
you started.

Missed the label question. You can create the labels then make them narrow
horizontally and long vertically. Fit to your Font size. If you are asking
if you can show them "sideways" (readable by turning the page 90 degrees)
then look at the Vertical property on the Other tab for the label property.

Hello Damon:

Thanks very much for your advice. I can get three vertical columns with
different records in each to display on one page in a report.

I have tried this in a form using your column function suggestion but I
still only get one column with one record in it to display on each page. I
have the form property default view set to continuous.

See an outline of the form I am trying to build below. Each record has
thirty fields of data entered vertically.

Each column contains a different record.

Is it possible to create this design in a form. It would really facilitate
data entry.

Thanks for any assistance.
