Columns for news groups

I would like to select my desired columns for all news groups. Is there any
way to configure it for all news groups?

Hi Scott,

there is no way to batch-apply column settings to all the newsgroups.
You need to modify them individually, I'm afraid.

That is a big mistake. I have to configure over several dozen of new groups
individually. Anyway thanks for your guidance.

Hi Scott,

this feature has been requested a number of times over the past few
years. Don't forget to add your voice to the chorus by clicking on
Help>Send Feedback about Entourage. Entourage will be replaced by
Outlook in the next version of Microsoft Office for Mac, but
batch-applying column settings would definitely be a welcome addition,
regardless of the name of the program.

I might not understand your question, so if Custom Arrangements aren't what
you are looking for, give more details.

Diane,

Pls visit below link where has two screen shots showing one news group has
list view that I learn from your previous advice and one news group has not
select list view. Both have different numbers of column. Actually I want
to select most relevant columns for all news groups, not configure each news
group individually.
