Columns in reverse order - how do I change back to "normal" settin

I experience the odd situation that every time I open Excel, it gives me the
columns in reverse order as well as changing position for the scroll bars
etc. E.g. the row number indicator is on the right side.
How do I change back to the original position, have not tried anything
"unusual" to make this happen.

Hi, Tessa. In Excel, click on Tools | Options | International | uncheck the
"View current sheet right-to-left" box | OK.

Click on main menu bar Tools/Options International tab then select default
direction: left-to-right, click OK. Close and then relaunch Excel. Should fix
it.
