com add-in conflicts

Hello,

We have developed a com add-in for PowerPoint. Our add-in sometimes
conflicts with other installed add-ins: sometimes our add-in doesn't
load and sometimes it loads but doesn't work properly. When the other
add-ins are removed, all is fine.

Can someone please provide guidelines for programming add-ins that
will be resistant to conflicts with other add-ins - or provide link to
articles on the topic. Or any other advice on the topic.
