COM Add-Ins error at start up on Outlook XP

I get an error with I start up Outlook and also when I go
to the advance options and I try clicking on the COM Add-
ins button. I tried repairning the program using the CD
but I do not get the problem resolved. Can anyone help me
solve this problem?
