COM ADD-INS INVALID DIRECTORY

In OUTLOOK:
TOOLS
OPTIONS
OTHER TAB
GENERAL SECTION
ADVANCED BUTTON
COM ADD-INS

Everytime I start OUTLOOK I get an error stating that the
COM-ADD-INS DIRECTORY is not valid. How do I correct the
currently listed directory?
