COM Addin - Check which Application type is passed through OnConnection

Hi,

I am creating a COM Addin that creats a new menu in MS Office (Word, Excel,
Outlook, Access).
The only thing that I want are:
How to check in which Application the menu is clicked?
How to get the Application Pointer?
In Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint I just want to know the Full Path of
opened document.
In PowerPoint I want to Get the contents of open email and save All
attachement on HardDisk.

Need help on this.
