COM Addin Outlook Icon

Hello All:
I have a COM Addin for Outlook that is overloads the open function in
Outllook if the message has a certain message class associated with it. How
can I get the COM Addin to change the icon of all the messages that have my
message class associated with it. This was formally done with a form.
