COM addin - what versions will it run on

I have written a COM Addin for Excel 2002 (XP). Off the
cuff, can anyone indicate to me what versions of Excel it
might run on. I have used just about every aspect of 2002
in the development of the addin.

It should run Excel 2002 or above. Earlier versions will not run it unless
you change the addin to reference one of them.
