COM+ Error

I'm a newbie to Project Server 2003 and WSS v2.0 and have been running
into a few problems. I've read thru many threads and tried many
different solutions with no luck.
I'm currently trying to get PSCOMPlus.exe to work again so I can fix another
problem I'm having with Project server sites being created in WSS. Two days
ago everything worked great, and the only thing I can think of that would of
caused this mess was synchronizing admin and normal users thru PWA.
I've used PSCOMPlus before without problem and have double checked that my
OLAP &
WSS accounts & passwords & domain are setup correctly. OLAPAdmin is a
member of Administrators, Users & OLAP Admin & WSSAdmin(sts) account
is a member of Administrators & Users. When I try to run COM+ I get
"A General com administration error has occurred. Check the provided
usernames and passwords". When I look into the event viewer I see
errors about DTC Transaction Manager but when I try to restart it
doesn't allow me too. One thing that I did that may have screwed
things up was in the SharePoint Central Admin I "Set SharePoint
Administration Group" to my domain and user. That seemed to be the
beginning to the end, since then I have set it back to blank.
