COM Shim Wizard (VS2005)

Has anyone implemented the COM Shim Wizard in Framework 2.0 or know what is
required? I have good C# skills but useless C++.

Since VS.NET 2005(Whidbey) has not been released, so far for Whidbey issue,
we have a definitely newsgroup about Whidbey.
