I'm developing an add-in and using the COM Shim wizard to load it. My shim
won't load anymore. This article "Isolating Office Extensions with the COM
Shim Wizard" mentions something called a "block list" I think this is my
problem because if I rename the shim and update the proper registry entry,
it starts working again.
Where is the "block list"??? I'm hoping to manually remove my shim so that
I can continue developing it. For now, I have renamed it, but I don't want
to do that every time my code errors out while developing the add-in.

excerpt from the article:
....Each time before an add-in is called, its associated file name is added
to a block list (on a per-application basis). If the add-in malfunctions
before returning to the host Office application code, its file name is not
removed from the block list....
