combi box based on table??

Hello!

I have a question on combi box. I have a database with a table and form
based on. I have noticed that the form has a different combi box than a
table. I heard that they should be the same- they both are used in the same
purpose. But there is no obstrustions or problem triggered by it. Can a combi
box be created independently in that case?

'I heard that they should be the same ...'

No, not necessarily!

A combo box (not combi) is a control object that displays data - any data -
in a particular way. There is a property of the combo box named RowSource
that specifies what data to display. This can be a table, a query, a list of
values, etc. The combo box data may be completely independent of the
RecordSource of the form.

Rod.
