combine all sheets into one

I'm studying Chinese and I just downloaded a spreadsheet of all the vocabulary words in the 60 chapter book I'm using. Each chapter has it's own sheet. I would like to combine all 60 pages into one sheet, save it as a .csv file, and then upload all the vocabulary to a flashcard program I'm using.

So, simple question is, how can I take all the info in the worksheet, and combine it all into one csv file?
