Combine Outlook Task Folders Into One View?

D

David H

I would like to create 3 task folders, 1 for projects, 1 for opportunities, and 1 for service issues. Is there any way to then see ALL of the tasks in those 3 different folders at the same time, whether it be in a 4th folder or whatever?

Thank Yo

Outlook 2003 and earlier? Not really. You could use Advanced Find to show
all in one window.

Outlook 2007 - the to-do list will. Create a custom view that shows tasks
only to remove flagged messages for the view. You can also filter the tasks
in the to-do pane the same way.

OMG, LOL! I spent multiple hours today searching add-ons and doing google searches. I was under the impression that to-do list combines tasks from the task folder with flagged items, so it never occurred to me it works across ALL the task folders. THANKS!!

Sometimes the simple solution is right there, staring us in the face. :)
