Combine project and task fields in a PWA Project View

Is it possible to create one view in PWA that combines a) project level
fields b) task level fields and C) fields that accept the entry of data from
a project manager

No, this is only possible by opening the project in Microsoft Project
Professional. Sorry.

I'm not surprised that data entry has to be done in Project. Can I combine
project and task fields in one PWA view. It doesn't appear that I can but I
wanted to ask just to make sure.
