combine rows with similar data, but different fields in excel

I want to combine the data from two worksheets. each worksheet contains data
that is common to both. though one of the sheets has more fields than the
other.

I need to combine all this data into a single work sheet, and retain only
those rows that have common data.

help needed here, like.....yesterday.
