combine serveral documents into one master document

I have chapters of a book in individual documents and now want to combine
them into one long document. This used to be called a Master Document, but
now I can't find information on how to do this in Wood 2007.

I would really appreciate any help you can give me.

You will find master and subdocuments by clicking on the outline view button
in the bottom right hand corner of your screen. The outline tab will appear
just in front of the home tab on the ribbon, you will find what you need
there.
