Combine tables

I had a duplicate database get created and then data entered on both so I
need to bring one table and combine it with the other. I've tried importing
but it only creates a new table. I know on Access 2003 there was something
to import it into an existing table but I can't find that option in 2007. Is
that possible or what else can I do?

I would be interested in a solution as well as I want to do the same thing
with multiple databases and have the same table (onle one row) from each
combined
into a new database.

It seems that you could use an update query.
