Combine two names on a label

I have a volunteer list that has the name and address of a volunteer and
the any relations that the volunteer has.

For example:
Bob Boss
123 Here St.
There, YZ 12345

Relationship with:
Brenda Boss
123 Here St.
There, YZ 12345

I would like the labels to combine the names of those who live at the
same residence. The labels would then show:

Bob Boss & Brenda Boss
123 Here St.
There, YZ 12345

Is there a way to be able to accomplish this or jus say forget it and
send multiple document to the same household?!
