Combing columns of data

I need to take 3 columns of data and combine them into
one.

example:

col1 col2 col3
abc def 123
452 jkl mno

result should be:

col4
abcdef123
452jklmno

I can concatenate each row of all 3 columns but I have
hundreds of rows from several worksheets. Is there a way
to do this in excel using a formula, macro or VBA?

in D12 use
=A1&B1&C1
and copy this down

try this:
=col1&col2&col3

If you want to insert "-" try this:
=col1&"-"&col2&"-"&col3
