Combining 2002 .psts into 1 2003 .pst

I would like to combine a number of Outlook 2002 and
earlier .pst files into one large Outlook 2003 file to
take advantage of the new file limits, etc. Will I need
to convert the 2002s to 2003 first? How's that done?
Ultimiately, I want to be able to re-organize and
recombine emails from different folders in different
2002 .pst files into a new organization in the single new
2003 .pst.

You can't convert them. You must create a new Outlook 2003 pst-file and then
manually copy the mails to the new pst-file or use the Import and Export
wizard
