Combining a bar chart with stacked chart

I am trying to create a chart which shows the following:

3 series of data:

1-number of permanent staff
2-number of temporary staff
3-number of staff backlog

I want the permanent and temporary to stack on top of each
other, so i can still see the split with the different
colours, and then the backlog figure to apppear as a bar
next to the stack.

This will then go into a powerpoint so i need to be able
to update the data regularly.

If you stagger your data, you can create side-by-side stacked columns.
