Combining Authors in Change Tracking (MS Word)

I have a document which contains changes made by two authors.
"Track Changes" is on and the "Track Changes" options include
setting color by author.

Now I want to combine those changes (so that they display as
a single color), but still allow changes by yet a third author
to be differentiated from the others.

Does anyone know how to do this?

I'm using MS Word 2002 under Windows 2000.
