combining charts from two spreadsheets

I hope someone can help me with this:

I have two charts. The one thing these charts have in common are the
addresses (the charts are from two different sources). On one chart, I will
have monthly sales for the addresses. On another chart, I will have how
much each location paid in expenses. I would like to combine these charts
into one chart. The addresses on one chart will correspond to the addresses
on the other chart and from their, I would like the other information to
fall into place.

Is this possible?
