We are using a workspace to share txt files and pictures/videos. The
workspace is big but we keep it a safe distance under the 2GB limit. We have
around 40 users in the space, many of whom do not add files but only
synchronize once in a while.
Some of these users work in the same team and theoretically could be asked
to use one 'unit' account rather than a few individual ones. In this way they
would appear in the workspace as one member rather than a few.
my question therefore is - would it make any difference, in terms of system
resources, if we had five people using one account for their five different
computers (working both simultaneously and at different times), rather then
having each of the five use his own account?
It is certainly awkward sharing an account between different users, and all
of them still keep the workspace synchronized with their own machine. The
question is if we will be saving the workspace any load by doing this.
