Combining Multiple Calendars

Using Outlook 2003 and Exchange 2003.

I have seen several postings in this group that ask about how it might
be possible to overlay multiple Outlook Calendars on one another, so
they display on one calendar at once.

Some people suggested:
On the Calendar navigation pane, you should be able to open other
users' calendars and check their check boxes so that they appear side-
by-side. For other solutions, see http://www.slipstick.com/calendar/scheduleall.htm
Note that Outlook 2007, the next version, will allow you to overlay
multiple calendars on top of each other, not just display them side-by-
side.

I have this exact same question. I've looked at all the pages
referenced here, including the Slipstick page. I would like to know
if anyone has a recommendation for a specific method or piece of
software to accomplish this task. We use Outlook to manage and book
shared resources, conference rooms, and facilities. Each resource is
an object in Active Directory and
Exchange, and we use the Direct Booking method for people to reserve
these resources. I'd like to be able to view the contents of multiple
of these calendars overlaid on top of each other ... on one single
calendar ... not shown side by side.

We're going to move to Exchange 2007 and Outlook 2007 next year, but I
need to find a way to do this now.

Any specific suggestions/recommendations from people who have done
this already?

Thanks in advance.
JA
