Combining project calendars

Tom

I admit I'm a very very basic user of Project. I mostly
use it to keep track of projects that others are
managing. I often have four or five projects that I work
on simultaneously.

What would be extremely helpful is a way to view the
calendars simultaneously. Specifically, I'd like to be
able to bring up a calendar for "today" and see where all
the projects are, rather than going into each individual
project. (Part of my problem is that I can't read gantt
charts easily and prefer a "real" calendar.)

Ideally, I'd like to link this to my outlook calendar, but
I think that's impossible.

Thanks for any insight you can give me.

Hi,

One way is to have a consolidated view of all projects, then:
Apply the Auto Filter and look at only today's tasks, then select View,
Calendar

For VBA posts, please use the public.project.developer group.
For any version of Project use public.project
For any version of Project Server use public. project.server

Tom:

Open all 5 projects, select Window, New Window. Then
select all the files and choose Calendar view in the drop
down box.

Hope this helps!
