Combining Style with Images for Tip, Caution and Note

Hi there,

what is the best way to create a re-usable style to insert image for Tips,
Cautions and Notes.

For example, I would like a rounded box with the image of a pencil on the
far right. and to be able to add text to the right of it.

My first question would be is there a way to have a image as part of a style
such that the image is inserted automatically.

in either case, my second question is what is the best way to do this?
I am not sure if to use a paragraph style with a border or to use a
pre-defined table. Or maybe there is a better solution than these.

You could use a "picture bullet," but be aware that this may be a smaller
image than you have in mind. Failing that, your best bet would be a sample
paragraph (with anchored graphic) saved as an AutoText entry.
