Combo Box adding new records

I have created several tables for holding HR type information about
employees. One thing requested is to have a drop down list of of ee # with
first, and last name columns that populate first and last text boxes (for
form viewing only). I have EE Info and Insurance linked by EE Num. The rest
of the information chosen in the form populates the appropriate fields in the
Insurance table. The text boxes populate, however when I choose an employee
the correct name appears on the form, but in the tables a new record is
created autonumber style. How do I stop this from occuring?
