Combo Box - Basing one from Main form to another in Form with Subf

I have a form (Log) which has a second form (Log Details) with a subform (Log
Activity). I added a combo box named Category in Log Details and based on
what you choose in this combo box, the list is limited in the Combo box named
Transactions in the subform (Log Activity). It works perfectly when I open
the Log Details form. However, I cannot get it to work when I open the Main
Form (Log). I receive an error message which states "Enter Parameter Value
Forms!Log Details!Category". I also receive this message if I open the Log
Activity subform directly.

I would appreciate help.
