combo box broken

I have combo boxes that populate based on the selections
in other combo boxes. Pretty straight forward. They
worked until I migrated the table structure from within
Access to Sybase tables and linked to them. Now the combo
boxes don't work anymore. Also - a subform that was
linked to the current record on a mainform no longer works
either. I can't figure out why. Has anyone else
experienced this?
