Combo box displays incorrectly in Word macro

I've created a macro that utilizes a combo box with a drop
down list for a dual monitor system. The drop down list
always shows up on the primary screen, even if the combo
box is on the secondary screen. This is listed as a
windows bug in article Q329567. The fix is not in the
latest Service Pack for Office XP. Basically, I need the
latest version of fm20.dll. Any ideas or suggestions as to
how I can get it? I need it urgently.
