combo box in a report

How do you make a combo box before opening a report so that you can select a
person and can view his information? I have made a commission report and I
need to put a combo box from which user will select a person and view his
record. Also, how can I assign a password so that a person can view only his
information. I will greatly appreciate if someone can help me in this regard.
