Combo Box in Access Project

I recently upgraded an mdb application to an access project. In the mdb
project the combo boxes woked with 'auto complete', I would type in a few
charactors, and it would jump to the correct place on the list. In the
'upgraded' project version the auto complete is not working. (The combo box
does work otherwise).

I don't know if this problem is related, but also the built in search dialog
box (the one opened by the binocular icon) does not work either. It never
finds the proper string. The mdb counterpart worked fine.

Did you make sure the limit-to-list property of the combo
box is set to Yes?
