Combo Box & Linked Workbooks

I have two questions:

1. Drop Down Boxes: Is there a way to actually convert a
cell(s) to be a combo box? The only way I have been able
to achieve this is to use the "Combo Box" off of the Forms
toolbar.

2. Posting Linked Workbook: I need to post a linked
workbook on the internet. Of course the problem is
everytime someone tries to open it on the internet, you
get the question about updating the linked cells. Anyway
to stop this?

Thank you in advance for your help.

Hi

1. You can format the cell as drop-down list using Data.Validation.List
You enter the list into Source field using une of 3 ways:
a) You enter the delimited list directly into Source field
('Selection1,Selection2,...');
b) You refer to range on same worksheet (p.e. '=A2:A12')
c) You refer to named range, defined in same workbook ('=MyList' where
MyList is name of Named Range)

2. One way:
Create a copy of workbook. On every worksheet of copied workbook, select the
whole datarange, copy it and then PasteSpecial.Values into same range,
removing all formulas/links. Save and send the copied workbook.
