Combo Box Parameter Entry

I am using a combo box to identify which ID number to look at. Upon
clicking of the correct ID number a prompt shows up asking to type in
the parameter that I want. If you type in the ID number that you are
looking for then the form works just fine. The question is, how do I
get out of using the parameter pop up and just have a form where you
use the combo box to click the value you want and the correct record
shows up?
