Combo Box / Pick From List

How do I go about embedding a combo box pick from list into a cell?

For example, when I click on a cell, it looks like a combo box, the down
triangle appears on the right? I have a couple of excel sheets now that I
got from a couple of other people and they have it. I have gone through the
code and I still can't find out how to do it.

I bet it's not a combobox, but a cell with Data|Validation set.
