Combo Box with answers multiply

Hi, How are you?. I wish choose two o three answers same time (options) of a
"Option Group" and that answers save in new rows each one.

For example:

option1: car
option2: dog
option3: tree
option4: house

Choose: car and dog

Save in a table:

row 1: car
row 2: dog

There is any special "option group" in "More Control ActiveX"?.
I dont want to use querys to do this.
