combo box wizard

In several books the first page of the combo box wizard has three options. The third is "Find a record on my form based on the value that I selected in my combo box". This third option is not showing up when I bring up this wizard. How do I get this to display

Hi,
Make sure your form is bound to a table/query, ie it has a record source.
