Without some other details on how your form is set up, it
will be very difficult to figure out what might be causing
this.

Go in and roll back any changes that you've made between
when it worked and now. Then make these changes again, one
at a time, until you find the one that is causing you
problems.

Alternatively, load your backup copy of this form and work
forward from there (you did make a backup of it, right?)

well now i've made another form by using the wizard.. nothing else, evyer
thing is automated, first time it made no problems and the name was picked up
by the list after the first 2 charachters were enterd, once i close the
database, and re-open same thing even with the new form, it doesnt picks now..
