Hi,
Ive been using dropdown menus (combo boxes in the forms toolbar) to enter one of a few choices for each cell in a data entry project. several thousand cells later i found that an exported csv did not read the combo boxes correctly (extra commas were added in) and i have to import that file to salesforce. i'm hoping to find a quick way to remedy this instead of starting over without the combo boxes so here are my questions
1) Does any one know how to make the exported csv legible with the info from the boxes?
2) Is there a way to tie the combo boxes to the cells there on top of all at once? Or perhaps a way just to move the text from the boxes directly into the cell?
4) Alternatively, is there a way to sort a column in reference to the info in the box of each cell? If i can do that i can delete and reenter which brings up the last question
5)is there a way to delete the boxes in mass?
I have excel '04 on a macbook running leopard
Thanks, -c
