COMBO BOXES REPORTS

I have reports that I want to use combo boxes to select
employee names from a list. For example. When the report
is invoked currently it asks for employee number. I need
to create a combo box that list employee numbers as well
as their name and I can select from the combo box which
employee info to print. Hope this makes sense.

You can't do this with a parameter query. You can use a combo box on a form.
