Combo Boxes

I have combo boxes which users can select to search for records and these
then populate the form. This is all working great, however the combo box in
one for will not show a scroll bar on the right hand side when the records
are greater than 8.
I have tried to compare the properties of a working combo box to the non
working one, but cannot see any difference
Can anyone help
