Combobox Code in Template

Hi,

I have a problem with a template created in Word 2000. I have some comboboxes working perfectly in the .dot, and also if I use as a .doc.

Problem is, if the .dot is opened to created a new .doc form, the comboboxes do not contain any data. How can I adjust the template so that the new .doc will carry the data?
