combobox form question

I have a combobox on my form that is linked to a field called
"employeename". When i look through the items in the combobox there is
always blank lines. I think it is because there are several records
under one employeesname. How can i make it so that the blank lines do
not show up?

You will need to change the combo's RowSource SQL. In
Design Mode, click on the Properties Icon, then select the
combo from the dropdown. On the Data tab, select the
RowSource property and click on the adjacent button to open
up the Query Design Window. Against the employeeName, put
a criteria of Is Not Null.
