ComboBox with MatchEntry

I have Control Toolbox combobox's directly on a worksheet. Using this
control's MatchEntry property, users can begin typing in the combobox
and the control immediately finds words from its source which match the
characters which have been typed.

I want to create a custom toolbar with the same functionality. However,
the combobox which typically goes on toolbars ("CommandBarComboBox")
doesn't have any property like MatchEntry. So far, I haven't been able
to put any of Excel's other combobox controls on my toolbar. Is there
any practical way to get the same function as MatchEntry on a custom
toolbar?
