When starting word 2007 I get the following error message."Component
COMCTL32.OCX or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is
missing or invalid"

Its not a Word problem but...

Start a command prompt as Administrator

REGSVR32 %Systemroot%\System32\comdlg32.ocx

Restart Windows and then launch your application.

If that doesn't work, post this to a Windows newsgroup for help.
