comma delimited data merge

Justin

Dear MVP's,

I have over 12,000 e-mail addresses in a Word Document that I wish to
make into a comma delimited data merge.

Currently each e-mail address is comma and then space delimited.

Do I have to remove the spaces between each comma before the data merge
document will function or can I work with the configuration as it
currently stands that is: e-mail address, comma, space, e-mail address,
comma, space and so on.

If I do have to remove the space after each comma could you possibly
tell me how to do so?

Many thanks for your kind assistance.

My e-mail address for any replies is:
(e-mail address removed)

Thank you once again.

Justin

It should work fine. If it doesn't, import the document into Excel and save
it as an Excel document. (If the email addresses have < > around them, that
can create a problem in Excel: you should find and replace them in Word
first.)
