Comma separated e-mail adresses and sync-ing meeting requests with a pocket PC

When syncing Outlook 2003 with my HP Jornada, I get
unresolved items in the calendar, refering to meeting
requests that have attendee's with comma separated e-mail
adresses from my companies mail list. KB article820868
that asks you to select an option in the advanced e-mail
dialougue box does not fix this. Any idea's?
